Hi

I transfered my old telecom phone number to my new 2degess phone.

I would like to give my old telecom phone to a young relative.

Can I get a new number for this phone.. If I can.. how do I go about doing this..

As always thank you...

If you wan't prepaid, just ring 0800 32 32 32 or visit a store / dealer.

Best to let the end user do this so they can choose their own number or transfer an existing service. If you choose a number and the end user doesn't want that number the process will be delayed.

Yep, so the end user can just call 0800 32 32 32 to connect to Prepaid, or visit a store.

Should be simple.
