I'm not sure which forum to post to for this, but seeing my mobile is with Telecom, I'll start here.
At work, I get a really poor signal indoors. I'm not the only cell phone user getting poor signal, and it doesn't seem to be specific to network either.
Consultants that come in with their wireless broadband also appear to be affected.
I guess it has something to do with the materials used in the building, but I'd like to be sure. It would be a shame if it were something simple preventing poor signal.
Are there some diagnostics that can be done to point to the cause of the poor signal - either by us or an external service provider?
