I cant stream vimeo on bigtime even though I have a decent connection (up to 2MB/s downloads)

Sometimes it will stream fine but most of the time it just fails.
Is this a BigTime issue?

i 'd say if you complain to telecom ,they just say we move you to another plan .as we don't support or have this plan any more :(
