‘0.facebook.com is only supported by select mobile carriers and is not available from your mobile carrier’

It then prompts me to use m.facebook.com (though standard charges will apply).

Problem Telecom?

Called them up as there was nothing on their website about the outage and it appears that they're aware of the problem, it's with their network and they have engineers working on it. no ETR
