Hello Everyone,

Am trying to call a XT mobile but it keeps saying disconnected from both another XT mobile and a Telecom landline.

I have also been trying to call my XT mobile and that is failing as well. Anyone else having problems?

Been trying for 15 minutes now.

Working in Wellington, but it seems some problems in Auckland.

have you reported a fault? only planned work they list is in Dunedin

Maybe be a local cell issue, what location? We don't have any issues Auckland wide. Log a fault.

I had "emergency calls only" this morning but it fixed itself shortly before midday. I'm in Whakatane, which I believe is on the same RNC as Auckland (I think I'm on the Piripai tower, if that's relevant).

My XT phone was in Parnell, clients XT phone was mobile in grey Lynn traveling to botany. Problems for me stopped and everything returned to normal after 15 minutes
