I posted this on Vodafones Forum and quickly realized my mistake when my mate who devised this showed me an 027 6255 phone.... Whoops.
Sign up to Team Builder Zero for $55 plus $10 for the Frequently called number =$65 all up..
1000 minutes of national calls will cost you another $50
Chose a calling card from the list:
Talkplus, 5c landline calls, no surchages, Inc GST( 0.6c for top5 international)
Kiaora, 5c or 8c to landlines in NZ, no surchages, inc GST
Set you FCN (the one you pay the extra $10 for) to the dial-in number for the calling card.
Use a Nokia 027 if at all possible, you can setup the calls so they are accessable in your phonebook without mucking about with Pins on each call etc. Go to the phones menu, call settings, Calling cards, and setup using
Access Number (of callng card like 09 915 0019)
+card number (like 698877458782#1) (cardpinnumber+#+1 to make a call)
+phone number (entered from when you use it)
To call, dial in number or select in phonebook, press and HOLD the [Talk] key to "card call" follow the instructions on the screen. (pressing a softkey when you heard the voice prompts)
NOTE:***** mobile calls should still go through Telecom as the cards are generally higher/calls rounded up to minutes, Telecom charge $0.55c each min for mobile calls.
TEST a calling card before changing over to Team builderZero and make sure it's easy enough.
This might be in Breach of the Terms and conditions of the "team builder" agreement,]
Abuse it and lose it and they'll probably lock it off. (making calls longer than two hours, more than ten calls within 1 hour)
