We have static ip on an xtra business and we have a website that we access which is locked down by ip. I've just noticed that I can't get into this site now, but our static ip is still active (router shows correct ip). It seems that the ip that the site "sees" is 210.55.215.165, one of telecom's cache servers.

Is anyone else with a static ip finding the same problem? It only seems to be http (tcp 80) that has the problem so far. I'm assuming Telecom has misconfigured their proxy or something, but I don't really want to spend an hour on the phone talking to someone in Manila, trying to get them to escalate the problem.

I will look into this for you right away.
Can you please PM me the static IP that your requests are coming from?

Not really amazing just lucky.
Sometimes we catch a break and its something simple, I am sure we have all had a lucky break we get praised for.

Just happy to be of service.
