From the Telecom website. I was intrigued by 'even Australia'?!

Do other Internet providers filter port 25?
Filtering port 25 traffic is now regarded as international best practice to help prevent the spread of spam, worms and viruses. Many large ISP's in Europe, USA and even Australia have now adopted this practice.

Terrible idea IMO, put the dynamic IPs into a policy list and then ignore complaints about them from people that dont use a policy list to refuse unauthenticated SMTP connections.
