Hi,

We host several websites for our customers, on Tuesday around 5pm we started getting reports from customers saying they couldn't access their sites.  Troubleshooting has indicated that the problem is only with port 80 and only from certain Telecom broadband connections.  Static IP's starting with 222.x seem to be mainly affected.  We currently have the issue logged with Telecom complex faults, has anyone else experienced any problems?  Is this an issue with Telecom caching?, I'm wondering if the problem will go away at 8pm tonight when the maintenance starts.

I'm hoping ptinson may be able to help, he seems to be the man in the know :)

What maintenance are you talking about out of interest?

Tyler - Parnell Geek - iPhone 3G - Lenovo X301 - Kaseya - Great Western Steak House, these are some of my favourite things.

Also worth noting in case it helps for anyone who may be in the know about the Telecom caching systems, if we release our static IP and get one from the Telecom dynamic pool (not 222.), we can access the sites no problem.

If you specify which sites people are having issues accessing then i can have them bypassed for you.

Sorry for any inconvenience to you or your customers.
