Hello to you all.

Recently I was forced to change from the Big Time Plan as it was cancelled. Few days ago I called them up and asked to change to 40GB, Pro Broadband. I wake up today, only to find out that my net has been capped. So I go to check my usage meter, and that's where it gets interesting. It seems they've put me on: "Home Starter 1GB plan".

Has anyone had a similar issue?
What should I do?

Cheers

Maybe call them up and advise of the mistake?

Or post on lots of forums.

Hmmm.  That's a tough one.  I suppose it's *possible* that they just stuffed up.  But what to do?  Calling 123 and asking them to sort it out would be way too easy so yes, I think you've done the right thing by alerting us all to it in the forum.  lol
