Hello to you all.

Recently I was forced to change from the Big Time Plan as it was cancelled. Few days ago I called them up and asked to change to 40GB, Pro Broadband. I wake up today, only to find out that my net has been capped. So I go to check my usage meter, and that's where it gets interesting. It seems they've put me on: "Home Starter 1GB plan".

Has anyone had a similar issue?
What should I do?

Cheers

Sounds like a mistake, ring them up and get them to change you to Pro properly.

Call them immediately and have it changed.
