The Stuff website seems very slow today with some pages not loading before my browser times out. Seem to have the same problem using my phone to access Stuff via the mobile internet as well.

Is it a Stuff problem or Xtra/Telecom caching issue?

{MOD EDIT : SP : Corrected typo in thread title}

Probably a traffic issue. They reported "breaking news" about an earthquake in Hawkes Bay. It's been running like a dog ever since.

Or perhaps it was the "Pammie set to strip for stranger" story that did it :D

I'd say the "Pammy" story would be the problem then.  Wink

Nothing to do with your connection - it's on their side.

Thanks for the replies.  One thing about this site unlike many other sites is that you can get prompt reliable information and help.

Are you using up all their bandwidth browsing on Greer's work computer??

Or it could be to do with the amount of traffic they are getting about the earthquakes; http://www.nbr.co.nz/opinion/chris-keall/stuff-wins-quake-war

Nope, this would impact Stuff back on Saturday and Sunday, but it wasn't the case.

TBH I just thought it was because of Telstra's poor business quality cable...
