pystol: pfffft....as long as their Customer Service via phone is based off-shore in a country where the inhabitants probably speak English as a second language with an accent which is at most times dificult to understand, I simply can not believe they really give a sh*t about Customer Service. So funny.

They even called me recently saying they had noticed I had changed data plans on my mobile a few times over the last several months and were wondering if it was their fault I was changing.
