Has anyone noticed that XT is unberably slow tonight? I usually get about 1mbps but tonight it has dropped back to medievil speeds around 20-40kbps!

I have noticed that during the evenings lately it has been slowing a little... But nver this much... the worst so far had been 400kbps... I just put it down to network congestion.... But I cant stand these speeds... I might as well get out the old 56kbps modem!

I realise that your post was 40 minutes ago, but I'm getting over 2 Mb/s at the moment (Whakatane).

I use the speedtest.net app on my Android phone. On my old Sony I had to use tethering in order to perform a decent test.

It depends what Im doing at the time... Usually I will just perform a speedtest.net test (as it gives the speed) or if I already have it open, I will just monitor my network connection as I can see whats coming in and out in terms of speed (although this only gives what is currently happening).
