last month I bought a T-Sick on Trademe for my wife to use with a 2D SIM for data use.  It also came with a Telecom DATA SIM which had expired.  Last week I  put $10 on it as a prepay  and it is due to expire Sept 2011.  She used about 15Meg of data in the week so when i logged in this morning I was expecting to see  the remainder of the $10 gone and I would have to put more money on to use it for October.  When I logged in the data month had been reset to October the the remaining prepay money of about $8 was still there and the data stick still works fine, I ran up about 5 meg of data testing it. Is this norma??   If so I may not bother with the 2D SIM and just put $20 on the Telecom account   and it should last about 4 or 5 months at the rate she uses it  just for Email..
