I remember a user doing some tests with a T-Stick in their blog on geekzone mentioned that the device goes into a slower lower power state, which has high latency.

Is there a way to disable this? The device is being used as a main internet connection as the ports at the exchange are full.

We had problems with this sort of thing with one of the first SierraWireless T-sticks. Check that the person has upgraded to the latest firmware by going to www.sierrawireless.com
