I can't really tell, my results are all weird due to being on a dynamic ip. Apparently my average is 3.4mbit even though i know all my videos load at 1mb/s most the time

The results are actually stored in browser via cookies. I have different results when using Chrome and IE - mainly because I mostly use IE then results are more accurate.

However since I only recently have a faster connection, looking at my IE stats brings the average down. So I cleared the Chrome cookies and used it when watching any YouTube clips, then ran the test after a few days to get a more accurate number.
