Has anyone in the Wellington, Lambton Quay/Terrace area noticed slow speeds with XT HSPA access over the last 24 hours?

From @TelecomNZ - If you are having XT data problems try disconnecting and reconnecting your connection. ^NR

Was OK yesterday, kind of working this morning and now it's munted.  Data connection looks like it is going to go but no data gets through :(

I hope they get it fixed soon, I can't go so long without checking my email!

Didn't work for me.  Perhaps they need to reinstall Windows at their end. Cool

We are still investigating the cause of this issue.

The rep told me they were restarting some systems at around 11am-ish. Tried getting people to reconnect and/or change their APN to direct.telecom.co.nz, no joy, still pretty much unusable.

Seems to be ok for me in the office though, getting ~1500-2000kbps down and ~400kbps upstream. Maybe it's dependant on the cell site?

Or maybe it's just been fixed.

That didn't work for me - tried from 11:30am (Johnsonville) until about 1:30pm (Wellington CBD/Lambton), almost two hours mobile data down for me.

it was up and down for me.... But what I did find if you disconnected and reconnected, then waiting for about 30-45 seconds then data started to flow downstream.

It looks like we have a different issue in WN CBD. Something/someone is creating interference with our cell sites.
