I just purchased a new router and I am trying to figure out some telecom broadband settings I need. These are some options in my router settings I don't know what to set them at:

eoa or ppoa(I can only choose 1)

There is a "Enter Service Description" field with  pppoa_0 and some other underscores and numbers after it. What is it meant to say?

Do I enable or disable Fullcone NAT?

Do I enable Dial on demand (with idle timeout timer)?

Do I enable Use Static IPv4 Address?

Do I enable Enable IGMP Multicast?

Should I tick the box that says "SRA Enable"?

for a user/password you can use user@xtrabb.co.nz and just put anything in the password field, as for the rest copied from the Telecom help site:

Your modem should come with an instruction manual that shows you how and where to enter the settings.

  • Operating Mode : G.992.1, G.DMT or ANSI T1.413 iss 2. Not for G.Lite or G.992.2

  • VPI : 0

  • VCI : 100

  • Encapsulation : RFC 2364 (or 'PPPoverATM', also known as 'PPPoA')
