Hi,
so apparently my connection got updated to ADSL2+ finally the other week but when i tap into my modem and check the connection i still have this setting: G.992.1 annex A.
Running a Thomson TG585v7. Standard telecom issue. What can i do to get this upgrade to ADSL2+ as i understand  G.992.1 annex A is a adsl connection but not ADSL2+
Cheers please help

well after looking on their site at areas that have ADSL2+ i have discovered that every house on my street was upgraded except mine as we are on a different cabinet.
Just my luck. Wondering why telecom also sent me a letter saying i had been upgraded when i have not and wont be until April 2011.
Odd but problem solved atleast.
