My cabinet was upgraded yesterday and my speed has almost halved, I used to be syncing at 8000/700 but now I'm syncing at 4352/700

I think something similar happened to me in Avonhead.
Lots of work going on, but no ADSL2 upgrade officially yet.

But I went from 4.3 to 2.9...

We were due for adsl2 by December and the new cabinet is there and the old one has been removed so I assume I'm meant to be on adsl2, but perhaps I'm wrong?

Give it a few days and see if it comes right, they a probably still working / migrating lines.

Yea, you line probably not cut over yet, so coming all the way from exchange and suffering mid point injection. As advised, wait a few days.
