Is there any way to check account plan details on the Telecom website?

Things like term contract or not, current voice plan, add-ons, etc?

I am asking because I got a phone call from their call centre other day asking me if I wanted to sign a term contract and get more (double voice, some thing or another).

I said "No, thanks" because I don't want a term contract - any telco should offer a lot more to lock me in. But now I want to check that nothing was changed without my authorisation (specially contract terms) but can't see anything online.

Visit to the store it is?

You could login to Your Telecom on your phone and see if your usage meters shows double miniutes. IIRC Your Telecom online does show the plan name, not sure on what the naming convention is for the double talk plans.

Checking the contract term can be done via the online store I think.

Otherwise a store or 123/6 will be able to confirm for you.
