Hey guys

I am currently on non stop text but that is ending next month so I decided I would swap to the 2500 text plan. However when I ring them up the only options I get is to go onto text 150 or remove non stop text. Do I have go into Telecom to get text 2500 or am I missing something? :/

Thanks

I assume you will be automatically moved to the equivalent $12 plan when it ends...

I wish to swap over now because if I change before the 31st of Jan I will get 5000 text until 2012 whereas if I just let it do it by itself it wouldn't change until when non-stop text runs out which is also the 31st so I will be put into 2500 text.

Also my change over date is the 27th or something so I want to swap now otherwise I will waste $12 on 4 days of texting.

Cancel Non Stop using that option and then it should either automatically put you on 2500/5000 or give you the option to change???

It 'should' but when you can only change your plan once a month I could be stuck on some plan I don't want to be on couldn't I?

If someone can confirm that canceling non stop text will drop me to what I want it would be awesome.

If the option isn't there, you can call into any Telecom store, or, you can call Telecom and have it changed for you.

If you're prepaid, the number is 0800 32 32 32
If you're on a plan, the number is 123

There was no option for me to change to 2500, I Chose to cancel non-stop text thinking that was how you did it. does that mean that I'll have to pay 20 cents a text. And will I not be able to get 5000 now? (I kinda want 5000 because i sent over 10000 texts last month)

What if you call again to change plans?
What is listed on the Your Telecom page?

What happens if you call now?

Remember that if it's not available, you're still able to call Telecom or visit a store to have it provisioned for you.

I tried again this morning and it said I was on text casual and that you can only change your text plan once every month so I went into telecom and they changed it to 2500 double. So all sorted
