Today i have been experiencing extremely annoying ping spikes to servers in Australia. After numerous modem restarts i gave up trying to solve the problem. Have checked processes running on my pc, network monitor reporting 0.1kb/s each way which is normal. I also have the wifi turned off.
Was just wondering if anyone is having the same issue?

That goes on every 30 seconds or so.
Not the only ip address its happening on, occurring on all the servers i have tested
