Nice job done by Telecom in repairing my Apache which had issues with keeping it's screen aligned. They took it and fixed it within a week actually replacing the LCD. Not so good now is that it now has a high pitched squeal emitting from somewhere inside it that when you're on the phone it's quite distracting.

That aside, I was wondering when the ROM update is due out to allow "push email" to function with windows SBS 2003?

The new ROM should be out sometime in May, if all beta testing goes ok. You will need Exchange 2003 SP2 for Direct Push to work, so if you don't have the Service Pack installed yet, you better start planning the installation.

Thats great, yeah I ran the service pack around three weeks ago. I must say that windows server/exchange 2003 has been very robust for us. Very happy with the product. We're still running Symantec anti virus which seems a bit heavy handed and I'm still getting my head around it. Silly thing stops us getting to some sites on the net seems to generally slow the goat down.

any comment?

I personally prefer Avast. We have two Server copies and a few desktop copies (free).

what version of symantec? I do a lot of install\support work with the corporate versions.

We're running version 10 with all the spam etc etc stuff switched on. Run slike a dream and picks everything up, live updating works.

I also had a screen alignment problem with my new Apache. But it took around 3 weeks to fix.

Does anyone have any details about what is in the ROM update coming out in May?
