Hey,

Since Unlimited is running out this month, I waited until my month cycle had finished (yesterday) and decided to change plans since you have to before the 31st, to get the 5000 texts a month.

So I ring up *333 and follow all the prompts but only allows me to select remove unlimited text or join text 150. So I removed unlimited and waited till today to ring back, so I did and now im on text casual. Following all the prompts and still I cant get any options to change to the new 2500(Double) text plan....

Has anyone else tried changing plans and had this problem?? How did you resolve it?

Thanks!

Call the Telecom helpdesk and have a CSR change the plan for you.

If you're a prepaid customer, the number to call is 0800 32 32 32 then option 5 then option 5
If you're a postpaid customer, call *123, at the prompt, say "Change my text plan"

Alternatively, you can call into any Telecom store and have them change the plan for you, too.

Obviously you dont know that unlimited is finished at the end of the month, so its no use to me since I wont top up until im on the 5000 text.
