Hello all, 2 quick questions:
Does anyone here know if
A) Telecom Freedom applies to phones Roaming in Australia?
and
B) Can anyone from Telecom confirm that calls to the Roaming Helpdesk are zero-rated? (ie. free)

Thanks, Vincent

A) IIRC phone calls from the Landline are still charged at 0c/min ($10/month), but you would be liable at normal rates to make outgoing and to receive incoming calls while roaming.

B) Yes calls to the Roaming Help Desk are zero rates from a Telecom Mobile.
