I was wondering if there was any way of fixing this sence i would like to use my wifi for quick geolocation for my cell phone for when i leave home.

What software are you using?

Do you have WiFi on?

Are connected to your home access point when you see this?

Have you ever got a good GPS fix while connected to your home access point?

Yea i have Wifi on but I was just using http://www.whatismyip.com/tools/ip-address-lookup.asp and some other sites with my ip address. If i enable wifi on my phone it does go any quicker but when i had data connection etc on my phone it loaded up fast sence its a-gps as well. I might not respond for a couple of days after this sence im going straight from work to a 3 day lan party lol so ill be back laterz :P

(EDIT: if im at my friends place with wifi it picks up where i am very quick)

Sorry, but your response makes no sense at all... Please re-read my questions and answer each one separately. Once I have these answers then I can tell you more how it works, why you are seeing this and how to fix it.
