Hi all, first time to write on here, but desperatly need the advice before i part with it and send it off to be fixed!

I have had this phone for just over 3 weeks now, not other problems except this one. will connect to internet fine via a wifi connection. but...will not connect to data(jst using my phones credit whilst outandabout)

only been happening for the last week or so.
have been to 3 telecom store about this problem no one sems to know what the story is. have had my sim changed, numbers been "de-juiced", battery taken out several times, settings played with (nothing wrong there apparently).

I do have an icon in the top right hand corner which is a "H" with two little arrows which comes and goes. more goes than comes i should say. the guy at the third store did say it shouldnt be doing that.

next option is to send it away. not sure what that would do though??
