so i had a vodafone iphone 4 - switched over to XT but i cant seem to get the bjango consume app to properly show me my usage.
I tried the suggestions in the other posts on this - that say go to the online mbbmeter etc - and i can login with my number and when i try to txt myself a new password from the site - it sends me the txt but doesnt let me login.

have tried the help desk but the guy didnt really seem to know what he was talking about and kept saying the iphone wasnt supported - but i said i should still be able to login to the website to check it but it didnt seem to compute.

Any ideas out there folks?

Cheers!

If you are on prepay, Did you get any free data as a bonus with your topup ? It breaks that usage meter till you have used the free allowance

Other than that I just entered my mobile num and password, also I don't think it works correctly on wifi, must be 3G, could be wrong

You can report a problem to Bjango via their app, they're very good at responding to problems.

Try this link: I use it on my iPhone:

http://yt.telecom.co.nz/mobile/view/account-info-view

Edit: turn wifi off for the safari link to work, the consume app will work via wifi tho
It sounds like you might have a password issue going on
