Well the title says it all really...

This is my last week as a Telecom employee, so I would encourage people not to PM/email me with account details or cache bypass requests from today as I may not get it action-ed in a timely fashion.

There are plenty of Telecom lurkers and movers on here though and they read this section almost as much as I do, more in some cases I bet.

And as always, please make sure you raise a case with the Broadband HelpdeskWink

I will still be a lurker here though and may chuck in the odd comment if I think it adds value.

Its been a pleasure helping people where I can and fielding some of the feedback you have all had, and in more than one case this community has provided invaluable information to get issues resolved so I have personally appreciated that help immensely.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Good luck with the new job, thanks for the useful info.

Hopefully whoever is taking over chooses to get involved on GZ and gpforums and is receptive to occasional problems pointed out by geeks with the dns and caching systems at Telecom.
