i recently have been using the LINKSYS AG300 modem for my Telecom Board Band connection.
all the settings on it was for my old ISP which was slingshot but still worked when i plugged it in.
but a few days ago a silly family member reset all the settings because she wanted to get rid of the access restriction put on the connection. and now it doesnt work and so have to resort to using the free thomson modem provided by telecom (which in my opinion does not work very well..)

is there anyone out there that has the same modem or knows anything to help me with this problem? any information is greatly appreciated :)

Access the router and re-enter the adsl details.

These would be connection type PPPoA VC-Mux VPI 0 VCI 100 and then enter toekneetongue@xtra.co.nz as the username and whatever for the password.

Click "Save" and you should be good to go.

No difference, as those settings are standard for most ISP's using adsl in New Zealand.
