Wow! Just mind blowing experience with telecom.

I called yesterday afternoon to sign up for broadband (total home 40Gb) with telecom after 3 months been away on holidays (broadband was cancelled) and you know what? by 9am today I already had internet enabled. Received a txt message stating that I'm officially online again.

Thanks Telecom!

Hope you had a cuddle and a cigarette afterwards Tongue out

On a more serious note, good to get some positive feedback every now and then.

If the exchange is fully packed sometimes the tech will unplug your port once you have disconected to use for someone else which will require an exhange visit to get you back up and running.

If however they have touched your connection then is just a matter of telling the exchange to liven up your line again. Should be the same for wholesalers as well.

So who will be paying the invoice for a little project we will be working on shortly? Tongue out  Biting the hand that feeds and all that.  Or perhaps you're just used to the easy life with your new cafe.
