Hi All

Ported my number from Vodafone to XT yesterday. Am having issues.
My Vodafone SIM still appears to be active.
I can make and receive calls on my XT sim send txts and receive txts only from 027 numbers. Anyone txting me from a Vodafone number the text goes to my voda sim not my xt sim. Again i can receive and make calls on my xt sim and even text out on my XT sim but any txts i receive from a vodafone number go to my old vodafone sim (which I would have though would have been deactivated)

Any help would be appreciated. Case number at the call centre is 21899026

How long has it been?

Wait some more time, it can take 5-12 hours.

I have restored the request for private information after confirmation the user is associated with Telecom New Zealand.

Just by itself, or someone touched it?
