Anyone know how long it takes Xtra/Telecom to send through/process a UDAI for a domain ?

Requested one over 36hrs ago and still waiting for it to arrive... asked Telecom on Twitter and got no response either.

Need to get a domain moved for a client ASAP........

last 2 times i did it with Xtra, the UDAI was delivered via email immediatly to the email address's specified on the domain records

those were not telecom business hub domains tho.

Yeah, I think it only gets delivered to the origonal email address ... such a pain in the butt, thats why I have my own domain reseller account now :P

I send all my domain requests to business.sales@xtra.co.nz and they arent to bad

Still havent recieved email after multiple attempts... will get domain owner to chase up, Ive got other things to do which Im paid for ;)
