firefuze: I believe you can call the Helpdesk on 0800 400 909 option 3, to set it up for you. Or set it up using the SIM in another device so you can receive your new password via SMS.

Did calling the 0800 400 909 number resolve your issue? I just called them, but not that anxious to be placed on hold while at work.
