i am on prepay with a t-stick
i bought my first 2gb in march (with credit card) and it was displayed as such on the tbbmeter by telecom then suddenly i was cut off after 150mb while the tbbmeter still showed  the 2gb as the bought data...
i first thought it was the t-stick but after testing it and finding it worked ok i rang telecom and it turned out it was their fault and they fixed it and i was happy and didn't ask what the reason for the problem was.

in april the same happened again...
i bought 2gb but after a few days was cut off again after 150gb while the tbbmeter still showed i was on 2gb of data...
this time telecom told me that the problem was that i only had paid $61 and needed to pay a little more then that 'like a car with just enough petrol...i needed some reserve'...i thought why argue with an id.ot, it only brings you down to their level and then they beat you with experience...
they said they would add that little amount themselves because it wasn't my fault not knowing...yeah right...anyway, i was back on the road...

then just a few days ago i bought another 2gb for may and guess what? yes. cut off again after 150mb...rang the su.kers again and this time they came up with another excuse...disconnect, remove the sim card and insert it again and i would be good to go...

i thought i share this story...perhaps i am not the only one with that issue...and we can kick some a.s together

Just curious to know, how did you buy 2gb? Billing on telecom prepay is different, they don't sell data pack.

Yes the way it works is you put $61.06 on your account (stupid amount), this credit gets used up at 10c per MB on your first 610.6 MB, then you don't need any more credit to use the rest of the 2GB. You never "buy 2GB", you just have to be on the 2GB prepay plan.
