Hi, a while ago I changed the default banner from "Telecom" to my name for security reasons, now I want to change the default back to "Telecom". Any ideas how to do this? I didn't change it using the Customise feature, but rather by pressing certain numbers and leaving it. Thanks for your help :-)

Have you tried resetting to the default factory settings?

In this instance the programming code had been used to change the default banner and person was wanting to reset it. The customise option doesnt help with that.

Not to worry the issue has been sorted now.

Ok, yes I forgot about that. Quite a good way of doing it, makes it easy for dealer to identify loan phone kit numbers =)

Yes i changed the default on mine then have a custom one showing. Most people dont know how to change the default so just another way of indentifying it.

You need the programming code the change the NAM alpha tag.

You can change the banner by going settings > phone or settings > display, depending on the model.
