Hi All,

I bought the mobile broadband 2GB pack on prepay and want to cancel it for next month. I can't find out how to do this. does anyone know?

Hi Lokhor,

Just give our prepaid helpdesk a call on *333 from your mobile or 0800 32 32 32 from any other NZ phone.

Yes, you can manage your Prepaid Extras on device using TWorld/Your Telecom or login online at telecom.co.nz/ytmobile

I have tried that but there does not appear to be a button for unsubscribing from the 2GB pack, only the other packs have that option.

I thought the prepaid data packs on Telecom were charged at 10c/mb until you hit the agreed amount, unlike 2 Degrees (and presumably Vodafone) where you pay the $$ up front.

Has this changed?

Are you talking about the 2GB Bonus data you get when you purchase it or the standard 2GB plan? Connect via 3G using the T-Stick and go here www.telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter. to see your plan detail.

if it's the Bonus data, this will just expire after 60 days or when you use all the 2GB, it won't renew. You can then selected the next plan you want, 500MB or 2GB under 'Extras'

That's a shame, that was one of the best features for those that only needed it occasionally. :(
