Would this phone work on the XT network throughout NZ with these network settings?

General
2G Network
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900

3G Network
HSDPA 900 / 2100
HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 / 800

You've listed two sets of 3G bands. The phone will be one or the other, not both. Which is it?

If it's the latter, then yes, the former, then no (except possibly within the city).

Telecom also don't support 2G GSM, so those figures are irrelevant.

Depends on the model as it either supports

HSDPA 900 / 2100 or HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 / 800

You need the second version for Telecom, and if you are after one I have one for sale
