I noticed my ping over the past few days had doubled so i checked my modem and its displaying the line has been switched back to interleaved for some crazy reason.

Any Telecom Geekzoners out there be able to switch it off?

Thanks

Simple call to the helpdesk to request it be turned off or use their contact form http://telecom.custhelp.com/app/ask I've had reasonably fast responses from using the form in the past.

Hi,

Interleaving turned on is the default for all plans. So if you've changed your plan at all it will automatically default back to on unless you specifically request to turn it back off.

Best to call 123, they can get it done pretty quickly.

Amber Craig
