we have come across a strange thing at work and i have tested at home as well where we can not access

http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js via any Telecom ADSL connection.

We have 2 ADSL connections at the office for general web surfing for staff and also a CID Connection for our "Services" but find we can not access the above site via the ADSL but can VIA the CID connection.

I tested this at home as well and found if i go direct to VIA my ADSL it will not work but if i go via my VPN service i use to the States it works fine.

Are telecom blocking this site and if they are what else are they blocking??

[edit]

I have just seen this topic http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=39&topicid=90502 here on geekzone and i have tested the site on all our connectiosn and find the same results.

must be the same issue
