Does anyone have a clue when this update (officially) is coming? as i hear it has been released in some countrys.

Okay so its live on PC companion installed perfectly and booted phone but .... its in Japanese. I changed to English but my crash bandicoot game is in Japanese and I am thinking Telecom put a Japanese firmware on?
