I need to put some credit on a prepay account we use for a 3G wifi router.
Have been trying to use the online topup system for the last hour and after I have entered all my details and confirmed what I want to do it keeps reporting that it is unable to process payments like that and maybe I want to use a prepay voucher (which I dont have).

Rang and 0800 number and wandered through the usual confusing help system until I talked to a friendly person in manila - they took down some notes but said they werent aware of any issues.

Hope they fix it soon.....

I just used the XT online top-up using my Visa. Put $40 on my T-Stick. It worked okay.

I am trying to put $150 on using a Mastercard.

I logged into the Mobile Portal
Selected the Topup option.
Filled out all the details.
Go a confirmation screen - clicked the button and got:
Unable to process transactions. Sorry, we're unable to process your request at the moment. Would you like to try to Top Up by voucher?

Cleared all my browser cache and just tried again - same thing happened.

EDIT: Hey Dynamike - did you by any chance use the fast topup link on the main telecom page. That lets you choose a 20/40/60 amount and sends a text to your mobile and displays a topup code as well I guess.

I logged in to my "Mobile Portal" page where it gives my usage and remaining credit etc.

Then I clicked the "Top Up Now" button and went to the page that lets you select 10,20,40,60 or other amount.

It just topped up my T-Stick without any voucher code being sent, which is the usual way.

I tried the quick link on the front of the Telecom page and generated a $60 'voucher' it accepted payment and I then entered the voucher ID - so have managed to top up that way.

So - Note to Telecom

If you log into the portal page and nominate your own amount and enter the credit card details etc, then confirm - that seems to be stuffed.

I will just have to top it up a bit at a time....
