I bought a top-up last night, and tried to call *333 to use it, but a voice said "We're sorry we are unable to access your account information right now, please hold for an operator". I decided just to try again later, but today when I call it simply says "Welcome to Telecom XT.... I'm sorry this service is not currently available, please try again later."

Anyone else getting that?

Thanks. Just tried and it's working again for me now too. Maybe just an over night thing :)

Hi LostBoyNZ,

Do you have 'Caller Display withhold' currently set to on?
