I know you tried TelecomDefault from our Telecom XT configuration settings page.

You could try TelecomData as well.

If it doesn't work, is this on account or prepaid? If it's prepaid, do you have balance? Have you tried this SIM card on another handset and did it work for data then?

i have used the sim in another phone and every thing worked i do have money on it and it still didnt work

you could also ring the help desk and ask then to send the settings OTA (over the air) you will recieve 3 or 4 text messages and you then open each of them and following the instructions
