I have had my fone for bwt 2 weeks. mi fone turns of randomly by itself and comes up wth a message sometimes about not been able to find gps [removed]. does any1 knw wat that means?

Your phone may have the bad version of software on it.

Did you buy new from a telecom dealer? If so, take everything back and explain your problem to them.

They will either put new software on your phone or possibl replace your phone with a new one.

But best thing is to take it back and show them. Make sure you have your reciepts etc.

Take it to a Telecom shop and if it's under warranty, the shop will post it away and get it fixed. Just be sure it has not been liquid damaged or that the cause is physical impact.

The GPS thing is a software fault which can usually be fixed, the turning off is possibly related, if not most probably dirty contacts, clean with cotton bud and meths CAREFULLY!

I have seen that error before...

It happens when the phone gets overloaded by commands and can't keep up. In my experience it happens if I press Go to > Select > Select too fast. I have Inbox at the top of my go to menu, this happens for all nokias with a go to menu and the inbox at the top. Happened with my 6225, 6255 and now 6265. The phone seems to half reset itself. Pulling the battery out solves it.
