Hi I an wondering if xt users can tell me if the custom er info usage detail is up to date our does it lag a few days behind?

Am a bit worried....

Try going to http://www.telecom.co.nz/mbbmeter

Normally it can be a few hours behind but you can check your recent activity and see if the mobile data is coming through on there.

That's where I tend to find the most accurate information.

why doesnt telecom come up with an APP!!!

i am really going to go to vodafone - i've only been on xt for 1 week. wife has been on voda for one week.

voda = win in more ways than just the price

Are you on wifi or 3g?

If on 3g it should go straight in

If you login via your 3G connection then it should automatically login.

And you should already be registered and just need to reset your password, if you're still having problems them PM me your mobile number, and sim card number and desired password and I will reset it for you.
