Some information on the registration process:

- First wave on 12 JAN 2010 (TUE) for people who replied or "watched" this thread. I will send a reminder email to everyone on the 11 JAN with the links to registration and limit to 35 registrations.

- Second wave on 14 JAN 2010 (THU) open to all other users who registered on Geekzone before 1st January 2010 and have at least two posts, with a limit of 50 registrations (first wave and second wave total).

- Third wave on 15 JAN 2010 (FRI) open to all other users who registered on Geekzone after 1st January 2010, with a limit of 60 registrations (total).

Important things to note:

- You can only register yourself.

- Registrations for all three events will run in parallel. You will have one registration link for each event. If you are planning to attend more than one event you have to register for each one.

- Once you initiate the registration process you will receive an email requesting confirmation. You will have to follow the unique link provided in that email to complete registration. Once you click the link you will receive a second email, which is the official confirmation. If you don't click the confirmation link you are not confirmed. If you don't receive TWO emails you are not confirmed.

- If you register make sure you don't double book with your other activities. If you double book and don't show up then a fellow geek missed a great chance. Be considerate.

- If you register and can't attend let me know at the earliest opportunity. We can make the registration available to someone else.

Once again, thanks to all our sponsors making this event possible.

Just to double clarify, partners are not required to registered? But do we or can we note it down during the registration stage?

Partners don't need registration but we may charge at the door depending on numbers on the event itself - exactly like all the previous years.

They are "targeted" to Geekzone users - regardless of job description.
