I bet if there was a link to "People who hate you" it would get clicked more often :)

freitasm: Some people would have that "Pending friend requests" link in the menu for years and never clicked on that...

I finally clicked it a couple of weeks ago. Before that I had noticed it, but I thought it'd "light up" (like when you get mail) when you actually had a new request in there (i.e. I didn't realise that the option only appears when you have a pending request).

You mean like April 1st 2011 when we put a fake "BAN" button visible to all under everyone's name in the forums?

+1.

I too thought it would be more like the spinning mail icon that appears when you have mail.

Ok, I will put a spinning person next to the spinning mail icon ;)

(Not really, but will make it more visible on next round of updates)

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

Seriously, this level of communication was telco-grade. You made the change and waited for the complaints.... welcome to the dark side.
